Delivery Methods:
- Standard Delivery: Smaller accents and decor are delivered to your front door via premium courier partners.
- White-Glove Service: Our bespoke and fragile furniture pieces include specialized handling. These items are shipped via dedicated transit partners and include unpacking, and on-site assembly by a professional team.
Logistics & Handling Estimates:
Shipping fees are determined by the order’s total weight, volume, and the specific specialized handling required for transit:
- Standard Seating & Individual Furniture: ₹5,500 – ₹10,000
- Fragile Items & Heavy Furniture: ₹10,001 – ₹20,000
- Large Sets & Project Batches: ₹20,001 – ₹25,000
Transparency Note: The exact shipping rate for your specific selection and delivery zone is calculated and displayed in your order summary at checkout, before you finalize payment.
Timeline & Delivery:
- Transit: Once dispatched, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for our specialized logistics partners to deliver the piece to your location.
- Total Lead Time: Your arrival window is the inclusive period shown on the product page (e.g., 3–4 weeks), which accounts for both crafting and transit. This period constitutes the 'expected delivery date' for your order."

CARE
Our pieces are finished with Rubio Monocoat, a premium, plant-based oil that protects the wood from within while maintaining its natural tactile feel.
Daily Care:
- Wipe with a soft, dry, or slightly damp microfiber cloth.
- Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, ammonia-based sprays, or abrasive pads, as these can strip the protective oil.
Liquid Spills: Rubio Monocoat is water-resistant, but standing liquids should be blotted up immediately to prevent potential staining.
Long-term Refresh: Unlike lacquered furniture, our pieces never need to be sanded down. If the wood looks 'dry' after a few years, it can be easily refreshed with a simple application of Rubio Maintenance Oil.
For minor scratches, spot-repairs can be done without affecting the rest of the surface—a hallmark of sustainable, heirloom-quality furniture.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
At Esvee, each piece is Made to Order to your specific selection. Once production begins, resources are allocated specifically for your piece.
- Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Beyond this window, we are unable to accept cancellations.
- Returns: Due to the bespoke nature of our collection, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
- Transit Damage: We take full responsibility for the safety of your piece until it reaches you. In the rare event of damage during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos. We will provide a priority replacement or repair at no additional cost.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds (for cancellations within 24 hours) are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days."
