Fulfillment and Logistics
At Esvee Atelier, we partner with specialized logistics partners to ensure your handcrafted pieces reach their destination with the same intentionality with which they were created. We currently serve major metros and established urban centers across India.
Site Readiness & Verification
A commission is a final engagement. Before finalizing your order, we ask that you verify the transition of the piece into its intended space.
Please verify all product dimensions against entryways, stairwells, and elevators.
To ensure a seamless arrival, you must notify the Atelier Studio of any delivery constraints (e.g., narrow heritage lanes or vehicle height restrictions) prior to booking.
As each piece is Made to Order, Esvee Atelier is not responsible for items that cannot navigate internal site constraints. Any rescheduling or storage costs resulting from undisclosed obstacles remain the responsibility of the patron.
Commitment to Timelines
Our standard lead time, encompassing both the meticulous crafting process and specialized transit, is specified on each product page (e.g., 4–12 weeks).
The timeline provided at the time of booking constitutes the "expected delivery date" under statutory requirements.
While we prioritize punctuality, the Atelier is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our professional control, such as severe weather or governmental actions.
On-Site Terms
Commissions are delivered to your front door or building premises, whichever is safely accessible to our logistics partners.
For deliveries to floors without functional service elevator access, additional specialized labor charges will apply to ensure the piece is handled with care.
Should an arrival attempt fail due to unavailability or undisclosed site obstacles, re-delivery charges will apply for the subsequent attempt.
Preservation & Documentation
To protect your investment, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is required for any damage claims. Please record from the sealed crate until the piece is fully revealed.
Any transit concerns or manufacturing nuances must be reported to the Studio within 48 hours of delivery.
Unless "White-Glove Service" is explicitly included in your commission, delivery teams are authorized for transport only and are not permitted to unpack or assemble furniture.
Regional Feasibility
Esvee Atelier ships to most locations within India. If a destination is deemed unreachable for luxury goods, the following protocols apply:
Deliveries to restricted zones or remote areas may incur additional handling fees, which must be cleared prior to dispatch.
As each piece is Made-to-Order, we cannot offer refunds due to location-based constraints identified post-booking. Pieces in transit held beyond 24 hours after dispatch due to unresolved delivery logistics will incur a 500/day storage fee.
