The Mastery Guarantee
For a period of one year from the date of arrival, Esvee Atelier guarantees that your commission will be free from manufacturing defects in material and joinery.
  • Scope of Protection: This encompasses structural integrity, artisanal joinery, and functional hardware.
  • Resolution: Should a crafting nuance be verified within this period, the Atelier will—at its professional assessment—provide a meticulous repair or a suitable replacement at no cost to the patron.
Service on Demand: Beyond the First Year
Our commitment to your furniture is lifelong. For pieces that have moved beyond the initial guarantee, or for those requiring care due to the natural rhythms of a home, we offer specialized Service on Demand:
  • Restoration & Refresh: You may engage the Atelier Studio for professional finish refreshments, upholstery updates, or the mending of accidental surface marks.
  • Technical Guidance: Our team remains available to provide expert maintenance advice or to coordinate repairs through our network of specialized craftsmen.
  • Professional Terms: Post-guarantee services are subject to a service engagement fee, material costs, and logistics charges, quoted transparently upon your request.
Limitations & Natural Nuance
To maintain the integrity of the Mastery Guarantee, the piece must be used for its intended residential purpose. The following are not considered defects:
  • The Soul of Natural Materials: Variations in grain, texture, and tonal shifts in solid wood, stone, or brass are inherent traits of the earth and are celebrated as unique markers of authenticity.
  • Environmental Impact: We do not cover damage resulting from extreme heat, moisture, neglect, or "tipping" accidents.
  • Surface Wear: Post-delivery scratches on glass/stone, or the natural fading and pilling of upholstery due to sunlight and use, are excluded.
  • External Alterations: Any repairs or modifications performed by third-party services not authorized by the Atelier will void this guarantee.
Initiating a Request
To request a guarantee assessment or "Service on Demand," please contact the Studio:
  • Connect: Email orders@esveeatelier.com with your original invoice and documentation (photos or video) of the concern.
  • Assessment: Our team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours to provide a diagnostic assessment.
  • Resolution: For guarantee-related claims, we aim to resolve the matter within 30 days of the initial assessment.
