To ensure the sanctuary of each commission, our fulfillment is tailored to the rarity of the piece. Standard Delivery via premium courier is provided for smaller accents, while White-Glove Service—including specialized transit, professional unpacking, and on-site assembly—is reserved for our furniture and fragile collections.

Valuation of Transit
In accordance with regional regulations, the exact shipping rate for your selection and delivery zone is calculated and displayed in your order summary at checkout, prior to final engagement. Our standardized handling tiers are as follows:

  • Small Accents: ₹2,000 – ₹5,500
  • Individual Furniture: ₹5,501 – ₹10,000
  • Fragile & Heavy Pieces: ₹10,001 – ₹20,000
  • Sets & Project Batches: ₹20,001 – ₹25,000
  • Large Commissions: Quote on Request

Commitment to Timelines
The arrival window displayed on each product page represents the total 'expected delivery date,' encompassing both the crafting period and the 5–10 business days required for specialized transit. For bespoke project requirements or multi-unit installations, please consult the Atelier studio.

Preservation & Care

Each Esvee piece is hand-finished with a premium, plant-based oil that bonds with the timber at a molecular level, protecting from within while preserving a natural, tactile soul.

Daily Stewardship
Maintain the grain's luster by wiping with a soft, dry, or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid ammonia-based sprays, harsh chemicals, or abrasive pads, which may compromise the protective finish.

Fluid Spills
While inherently water-resistant, we recommend blotting standing liquids immediately to honor the organic nature of the wood and prevent deep-seated staining.

Generational Care
The hallmark of an heirloom is its ability to age with grace. Should the wood appear dry after years of use, its depth can be effortlessly restored with maintenance oil. Unlike lacquer, our finish allows for local spot repairs to address minor signs of life without affecting the rest of the surface.

Cancellations & Returns

At Esvee, each commission is a singular artisanal endeavor. Because our crafting process and material allocation begin immediately to honor our production timelines, all orders are considered final.
Should you require a critical cancellation, we provide a narrow 24-hour grace period from the moment of placement. Please note that a 15% administrative fee is retained from the refund to cover the dedicated resource allocation and non-refundable transaction costs incurred by the Atelier. Beyond this 24-hour window, the commission is irreversible.
Returns & Exchanges
In alignment with the bespoke nature of our collection, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Each piece is crafted specifically for its patron, making every acquisition a final engagement with the craft.
